About the Role:We're looking for a dedicated individual to work alongside experienced teachers and support staff in delivering tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the education sector, particularly in SEN, with potential routes into teacher training or further qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis

  • Help create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment

  • Assist with classroom activities and the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)

  • Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and other professionals

  • Encourage independence and personal development

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn on the job

  • Previous experience with SEN (desirable but not essential)
