Are you experienced in conveyancing and looking for a stable role with a reputable law firm? We are partnering with a long-established legal practice in North Tyneside to find an Admin / Post-Completion Support professional to join their friendly, professional team.

The RoleSalary: £24,000 per annumHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (part-time applications welcome)Location: Office-based, North Tyneside

As part of the conveyancing team, you’ll be a key player in the post-completion process, ensuring smooth registration with the Land Registry and providing essential admin support to fee earners.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Submitting applications to the Land Registry
  • Managing OS1 priority periods and responding to requisitions
  • Ensuring compliance with mortgage lender post-completion requirements (e.g. LMS/Lender Exchange)
  • Sending clients their registration documents and final confirmations
  • Closing sale and purchase files once completed
  • Supporting the conveyancing team with admin tasks such as ID checks, title downloads, and contract packs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Conveyancing experience within the legal sector is essential
  • Strong understanding of the post-completion process is highly desirable
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage workload independently and work collaboratively with a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Land Registry systems and mortgage lender platforms is a bonus
