We are recruiting on behalf of an established client for a Head Chef to lead their talented kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned venue known for hosting exceptional weddings, private events, and celebrations.

As the Head Chef, you will oversee the culinary operations of the venue, ensuring that all events are executed with precision and excellence. From intimate weddings to grand celebrations, you will lead the team to deliver outstanding dining experiences that exceed client expectations.
About You
Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Head Chef who thrives in a dynamic events environment and is passionate about creating memorable culinary moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintain the highest culinary standards across all dishes and service styles.
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to customise menus and accommodate dietary preferences.
- Uphold impeccable food safety and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
- Control stock levels and minimise food waste.
- Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally within weddings, events, or banqueting settings.
- Expertise in menu development, large-scale food production, and event catering.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Resilience under pressure, maintaining high standards during busy event periods.
- Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
