Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress and performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Degree level education or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on manufactured or industrial products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive.

Working Schedule:

  • Office-based: Monday & Friday
  • Field-based (Client visits): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Benefits:

  • 10% Commission on net margin for sales generated, payable quarterly on target net
  • Commision is uncapped and paid quarterly
