Position Overview:As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing sales support, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your ability to handle complaints effectively and troubleshoot problems will be critical to maintaining customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
