Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Whitstable
Salary: 24,000 - 27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (Hybrid working)

Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing sales support, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your ability to handle complaints effectively and troubleshoot problems will be critical to maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional sales support by addressing customer enquiries and assisting with product information and availability.
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure accuracy in order details and resolve account-related issues promptly.
