- Lead and manage all core finance functions including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Maintain and enhance financial controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk management across the business.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Provide strategic financial insight and support to senior leadership to drive informed business decisions and sustainable growth.
- Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Proven experience in a hands-on finance leadership role within an SME or fast-paced services environment.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and improve financial controls and operational finance processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems; experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite) is a plus.
