- Transcribing audio dictations
- Drafting letters and legal documents
- Opening and archiving client files
- Liaising with clients
- Performing scanning and other administrative responsibilities
- Undertaking Anti-Money Laundering checks
- At least 12 months’ experience in a legal secretarial or administrative role within a private client environment
- The ability to hit the ground running and work independently with little direction
- Confidence in managing a high workload autonomously
