My client based in the Stourport area is looking to recruit a Stores Person on a Temp to Perm basis
Working within a manufacturing environment, you will be desk based on the factory floor to monitor stock for the production team as well as dealing with incoming and outgoing deliveries.
The main functions of the role include
- Receive goods-in and manage discrepancies
- Arranging transport of goods including all relevant paperwork
- Picking Stock
- Assist with stock takes
- Updating company computer system
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- experience of working in a logistics, warehouse or stores is essential
- FLT License
- good IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail
This role is Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm with a 1pm finish on Fridays and the pay-rate is 12.21 an hour
