What You'll Be Doing
- Keep quarry machinery and heavy plant running smoothly overnight.
- Carry out preventative maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.
- Use your mechanical know-how to diagnose faults fast and keep downtime low.
- Work alongside production teams to prioritise maintenance schedules.
- Champion safety and reliability at every step.
What You'll Bring
- Proven background as a Maintenance Fitter in quarrying, recycling, or heavy plant.
- Strong skills in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
- A proactive, independent approach - you're the one people rely on to get things done.
- The ability to read technical drawings and manuals with confidence.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in mechanical fitting or engineering.
