We are seeking an outstanding Physics Teacher to join a thriving secondary environment in Hampshire. The role involves teaching Physics across KS3, KS4 and KS5, with particular focus on A-level delivery (OCR specification) and preparing students for progression to top universities.

Responsibilities

  • Teach engaging and challenging lessons in Physics (KS3–KS5)

  • Prepare students for A-level Physics exams (OCR)

  • Stretch and support high-achieving pupils, including university applicants

  • Contribute to the pastoral care system as a Form Tutor

  • Participate in the wider life of the school through STEM clubs, trips, and enrichment

Requirements

  • Degree in Physics or closely related subject

  • QTS or PGCE desirable (internationally qualified teachers with UK QTS eligibility will be considered)

  • Proven experience teaching KS5 Physics

  • Familiarity with OCR A-level Physics or Edexcel IGCSE preferred

  • Strong classroom management and pastoral skills

  • Commitment to contributing beyond the classroom (co-curricular activities)
