Temporary Customer Service Advisors - Immediate Start

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Answering customer calls and responding to emails in a professional and friendly manner
  • Entering information accurately into our bespoke CRM system
  • Placing orders and assisting with a wide range of customer queries
  • Working closely with both internal teams and external customers
  • Prioritising tasks while staying calm under pressure
What We're Looking For:? Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role? Confident, friendly, and enthusiastic personality? A polite and patient telephone manner? Strong communication skills - both written and verbal? A professional, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently? Good computer skills - Outlook, Excel, and CRM experience preferred?
