Your responsibilities will fluctuate between analysis and configuration, detailed SQL scripting, and report/system design. Flexibility and proficiency in both business and technical areas are essential.Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Insurance Systems: Tailor systems to meet client specifications.
- Project Feasibility Reports: Produce detailed reports assessing project viability.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with external clients and internal resources.
- Documentation & MIS Reports: Create comprehensive documentation using tools like Crystal and MS Report Builder.
- SQL Queries: Build and modify databases using SQL.
- Project Documentation: Translate client requirements into detailed project documents.
- Solution Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential solutions for technical and business suitability.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Proposal Development: Draft specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
- Client Presentations: Present proposals to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Testing Schedules: Develop testing schedules for product/model testing.
- Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of projects.
- Deadline Management: Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
- User Manuals: Write comprehensive user manuals.
- Training: Provide training to users of new systems.
- Industry Updates: Stay current with technical and industry sector developments.

Required Knowledge:
