Warehouse Manager – Lead, Innovate, Deliver

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)

The Role: Own the Floor and Lead the Future

This isn't just another warehouse job. You'll be steering the full warehouse operation—optimising stock control, streamlining dispatch, and ensuring every square foot of the facility runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll inspire your team, implement smarter systems, and deliver results that matter.

You’ll be the go-to person for:

  • Leading and energising the warehouse team to smash daily KPIs and service goals
  • Coordinating goods-in/goods-out, and syncing seamlessly with the transport team
  • Driving Health & Safety excellence and upholding ISO 14001 environmental standards
  • Running appraisals, coaching staff, and building a high-performing team
  • Spotting inefficiencies and making bold, data-driven improvements
  • Ensuring pinpoint-accurate WMS use for tracking, reporting, and planning
  • Leading audits, compliance reviews, and driving policy adherence

About You: A Natural Leader with Warehouse Know-How

  • Proven experience managing a warehouse within logistics, distribution, or transport

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety and ISO environmental standards
  • A forklift license (or the willingness to get one)
