Duties & Responsibilities of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Responsible for all aspects of vehicle damage estimating including liaising with insurance companies/third parties to gather and assess the necessary claim information.
- Producing accurate estimates using computerised vehicle damage assessment packages.
- Liaise with customers and work colleagues to help ensure efficient vehicle repairs and outstanding customer service.
- Following health and safety guidelines and ensuring that a safe and efficient working environment is maintained.
- Providing service level agreements, ensuring customers are contacted regarding repairs and non-related damage.
Your Background & Skill:
- Previous experience as an Estimator or VDA within the motor trade.
- Audatex qualification is desirable.
- Experience within a Bodyshop.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
