Trainee Sales Negotiator - Wickford SS11A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic team for our multi-office independent client based in Wickford SS11.Experience is not a necessity since full training will be provided, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward-thinking company. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Coordinating and carrying out property viewings
- Learning how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers
- Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
- Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors and other relevant parties
- Learning how to guide buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion
- Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
- Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Canvassing activities to generate new business
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Proficient administrative skills, including experience with office software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients
- A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development within the sales field
- Ability to work as part of a team
