This independent privately owned company is seeking a committed tenacious Asbestos Admin based in Essex. Candidates must be able to write exceptional reports while completing daily admin duties such as writing up survey reports, scheduling appointments, keep documents safe and liaising with clients. It would be favourable to have quality checker experience and BOHS P402 but not essential. Experience / Qualifications:
- Beneficial to have quality checking experience
- Worked within an Asbestos company as an Asbestos Administrator
- Ideally hold a BOHS P402
- Self-motivated and organised
- Important to have experience with IT software such as TEAMS or TRACKER
- Meeting deadlines
- Brilliant literacy skills

The Role:
- Enjoy writing detailed reports and thoroughly checking reports, amending errors
- Handle incoming enquiries from clients via telephone and email
- Scheduling appointments and projects for site staff
- Maintain the database and keep company documents safe
- Represent the company professionally
- Consult with clients providing the best advice and support
- Daily tasks such as filing and scanning document, sending emails and phone calls
