SMT Operator

Based within a fast-paced manufacturing environment the successful applicant will have previous experience in production of high complexity assemblies using Juki and/or Europlacer machines.
Duties will include:
路 The production of high complexity assemblies using Juki and Europlacer machines.
路 Line configuration / set up
路 Kitting and De-kitting of surface mount machines.
路 Machine operation and programming.
路 Solder paste printing.
路 Manual insertion of components.
路 In process quality inspection.
路 Rework.
Previous experience of all SMT assembly processes along with knowledge of IPC-610 quality standards would be an advantage.
This position offers 20 days holiday plus an extra day for each complete years service to a maximum of 24 days plus paid bank holidays, 5% employer and 4% employee pension scheme, free parking.
4 Day Working Week - Mon - Thurs 7am to 5pm.
