What youll be doing
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage stocks, order supplies, and maintain cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Handle administrative tasks such as rotas and reporting.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar senior role in a busy restaurant or pub setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for cooking and a creative approach to menu development.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
