As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and distributing work, ensuring timely and quality delivery of service to our customers.
  • Recording, costing, invoicing, and closing off jobs.
  • Acting as the key account controller and primary liaison for two of our major client accounts.
  • Responding to customer/supplier queries and addressing any objections or questions.
  • Reviewing and maintaining their commendations folder and informing when jobs are complete and ready for invoicing.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in delivering a service provision on a site where stronpermit-to-work systems are in place.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to advise, negotiate, and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to implement best practices and continuously review to improve service.
  • Commitment to ensure that all service promises are delivered to agreed standards and value for money.
  • Ability to build effective working relations with staff members and external clients.
  • High level of self-motivation, organisational ability, and drive to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritise work tasks for yourself and the team.

The work pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30.
