Your new companyWe are seeking a reliable and hard-working Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a leading social housing contractor, maintaining outdoor spaces across social housing estates.Your new role
- Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
- Hedge trimming, pruning shrubs, and seasonal planting
- Litter picking and general site tidiness
- Weed control (manual and chemical, if licenced)
- Reporting hazards, fly-tipping, or maintenance issues
- Working independently or as part of a small team
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
- Full UK driving licence
- Spraying licence (PA1/PA6) desirable but not required
