HGV Class 1 CE ADR Drivers Days

We are a recruitment agency that specialises in finding the best drivers for transport companies.

We are currently working with a reputable transport company based in Widnes, who are looking for HGV Class 1 ADR drivers to join their team. You will be working out of Widnes depot where you'll be responsible for the safe loading and delivery of hazardous and non-hazardous materials (Bulk Powder Chemicals) .You'll be working to planned schedules and agreed policies/operational procedures. Training fully provided.

What's on Offer?

• Guaranteed min 48 hours/week

• Day shifts – Monday to Friday

• 1–3 nights out/week (paid)

• Regular trunking routes across the UK

• Ongoing work with a top transport company

Pay Rates (PAYE):

• Mon–Fri: £19.69/hr (£17.57 + holiday)

• Weekends: £27.90/hr (£24.90 + holiday)

• OT (after 48 hrs): £21.78/hr (£19.44 + holiday)

• Night Out: £31.20/night

• Night Bonus: £142.02/week (if on night shifts)

• Meal Allowance: £5/day (except night out days)

? What You'll Need:

• Valid CE (Class 1) licence with a min recent experience of 12 months

• ADR licence (Class 8 in tanks)

• CPC & Digital Tachograph

• Max 6 points, no serious endorsements (IN10, DR10, etc.)

• 1 year ADR Class 1 driving experience

• Must be happy with nights out if required

• PAYE only – No Ltd drivers
