You’ll work directly with teammates in our Partnerships and Communities to deliver, direct or commission the end-to-end communications requirements for our function, collaborating closely with our in-house Communications and Marketing Team for the wider charity.

We want to meet a passionate, strategic and creative marketing and communications professional who can:
- Lead strategy:Â Develop and own integrated marketing and comms strategies aligned to organisational and audience goals
- Create impact:Â Write and produce compelling, audience-focused content across formats and channels (digital, social, press, video)
- Commission quality:Â Brief and manage creative suppliers, working closely with in-house teams and external partners
- Drive reach:Â Secure strong media coverage and lead digital activity using insight and analytics
- Support growth:Â Contribute to partnerships, funding bids, and ambassador engagement through aligned messaging
- Work inclusively:Â Commit to co-production and inclusive communications that reflect the voices of the people we support
