A leading UK manufacturer of specialist steel support structures seeks a skilled structural welder to join its growing fabrication team. Operating across multiple sites with in-house design, production, and deployment capabilities, this role supports essential industries including telecommunications, offshore, and renewable energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out multi-layer fillet and full penetration V butt welds to meet NDT standards.
- Work to BS EN ISO1090-2 structural steel requirements and interpret welding symbols accurately.
- Follow detailed drawings, welding procedures, and oral/written instructions.
- Complete fabrication tasks such as notching beams, marking out on tube and plate, and hatch cutting.
- Participate in ongoing quality checks and contribute to a safe, efficient working environment.

Salary
- 19.04 - 20.01 per hour (base rate)
- 26.66 - 28.01 per hour (Overtime A)
- 34.27 - 36.02 per hour (Overtime B)
- Opportunity to earn an additional 1.50/hour through the Welder Proficiency Pay Scheme
