FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR | WIGAN | PERMANENT | £24,000 - £26,000 DOEÂ
We are working with a reputable, growing company based in the Wigan area who are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.Â
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 6 months of finance experience who’s ready to take the next step in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately
- Assisting with preparing financial reports and statements for managementÂ
- Maintaining accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments
- Answering calls and emails into the finance department, liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve queriesÂ
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of experience in a finance capacityÂ
- Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Confident with Excel (formulas, basic reporting, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
- Clear, professional communication skills
