Role Overview
As our company continues to grow, we are looking to expand our existing sales team with the recruitment of a Multilingual French Speaking Business Development Executive who will be responsible for building meaningful partnerships, expanding Fourteen IPs market presence, and increasing revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and securenew business opportunities within hospitality.
- Deliver persuasive presentationsto highlight Fourteen IPs unique selling points and industry value.
- Develop long-term relationshipswith key stakeholders in EU & UK-based hotels and hospitality groups.
- Work closely with the internal teamto transition new clients into successful partnerships.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and lead conversion.
Key Skills & Experience
- Must be Multilingual with French as the primary language.
- Proven experience in the hospitality sector or the sale of technology solutions.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approachto sales success.
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Experience using Salesforcewould be an advantage but is not essential.
Successful Candidate
Will be ambitious, customer-focused External Sales Consultantwho will drive new business growth in the EU &UK hospitality sector by leveraging their sales expertise to develop strong client relationships, deliver compelling pitches, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and prospective clients.
