  • Inspire and manage a high-performing team across multiple construction trades
  • Ensure exceptional learner outcomes, industry alignment, and employer satisfaction

The Person:

  • Strong vocational background in construction or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience within further education or training
  • Passionate about green skills, innovation, and teaching excellence
  • Qualified to Level 3 or higher; teaching and/or leadership qualifications desirable
