Job title: Contracts Manager

Thorn Baker are working with a national contractor who are looking for a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. Our client work on a variety of different projects including new builds, refurbishments and internal fit outs across the UK.Â
The client are based in the North West but can cover nationwide projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee between 3-5 projects and site teams
- Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practises
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience working on fit out projects
- Experience working on general build porjects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
