An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join an established, award winning contractor with over 30 successful years' experience of operating within the North West region.
The company have a great reputation and work across a variety of sectors including Retail, Commercial, Residential providing both planned and reactive maintenance services to their long standing client base.
As this is a critical role that will involve the coordination and delivery of multiple projects it is essential that you come from an Electrical trade background and have previous experience managing multiple projects up to the value of 5m.
Key experience required:
- Experience managing electrical packages within the commercial/retail sector
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project/Contracts Manager
- Ability to oversee multiple projects at any one time
- Building relationships with clients
- Tendering / estimating projects, procurement of materials, labour, compiling RAMs and ensuring H&S compliance on projects

The company are offering a salary of up to 55k plus company car or car allowance, pension, annual holidays, etc
