Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and high-quality group sessions and workplace assessments for Horticulture Level 2 apprentices.

Monitor, review, and support apprentice progress through SMART action plans and Functional Skills delivery where required.

Work collaboratively with employers, awarding bodies, and curriculum teams to enhance the college's horticulture apprenticeship provision and align with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering Horticulture training and workplace assessments.
- Strong professional background in the Horticulture industry.
- Recognised Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, or equivalent) and relevant Horticulture qualification.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting apprentices' success.
- Familiarity with Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessment (EPA) processes.
