CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Customer Experience Assistant on behalf of our client based in Wigan, WN5 AREA.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Answering sales and aftersales enquiries
- Putting b2b orders on the system
- Liaising with Agents
- Booking shipments
- Answering live chats
- Arranging and hosting showroom visits, and test rides.
- Ability to prioritise workload based on importance
- Managing dealer accounts
Skills:
- Confident answering the Phone is essential
- Driving license
- Back office software experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent standard of writing/spelling
- Great problem solving initiative
- Prior bike shop experience face to face & remote
- Willingness to attend trade shows with the team, outside of normal working hours.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment efficiently
- Microsoft office competency
- Driving license
Working hours (before trained):9am - 5pm
