An inclusive and nurturing Alternative Provision is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team, supporting a small class of 8 children. These pupils may have a range of social, emotional, or behavioural needs, and benefit greatly from a tailored and therapeutic approach to education.

The Role:* Supporting a Key Stage 1 class of 8 pupils, delivering 1:1 and small group interventions.* Assisting with the delivery of a personalised and structured curriculum.* Helping pupils regulate their emotions and engage positively with learning.* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to ensure each child thrives.* Creating a safe, calm, and encouraging classroom environment.

What We're Looking For:* Experience working with children with additional or complex needs (SEMH, SEN, ASD, etc.).* A calm, confident, and nurturing approach to behaviour management.* A strong team player with excellent communication skills.* Resilience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.* A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE) is desirable.* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
