Electrical Test Operator - Contract Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Test Operator to join a dynamic manufacturing team, supporting increased workload demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing electronic equipment in line with certification procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical testing using specified equipment and procedures.
- Certify products and maintain approval through audits.
- Conduct fault-finding and maintain detailed test records.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and product quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing (e.g., NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC, City & Guilds).
- Proven experience in electrical testing within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Must not be colour blind.
