1st Line Support - German
Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German speaking 1st Line Support Executive/Service Desk Analyst for their client based in Wigan.
As a Technical Customer Service Advisor/Service Desk Analyst it will be your responsibility to provide support assistance via the telephone and email to the German speaking region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow and understand industry best practise support methodologies
- Take ownership of requests following them to resolution
- Proactive when dealing with customer issues
- Help maintain knowledge articles and other internal documentation
- offer 1st line technical support to customers
- Attend customer meetings
- Fluent in German
- Technically minded and customer focused
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Maintain a calm, analytical disposition
- Have practical experience in a support environment
- ITIL experience & potentially aware of SQL
This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of �24,000 - �28,000
