What you'll do:
  • Be the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors.
  • Manage pupil records, attendance, and reporting using SIMS/Arbor.
  • Provide day-to-day support including emails, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with communications, school trips, and diary coordination.
  • Liaise confidently with staff, leadership, and external agencies.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Strong school office/admin experience.
  • Working knowledge of SIMS, FMS, GDPR, or Arbor.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office & school MIS systems.
  • A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • A genuine interest in supporting schools and young people.

Must Haves:

  • Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this).
