- Act as the lead contact for all Right to Buy and leasehold enquiries
- Provide clear and accurate guidance to customers on their rights and obligations
- Manage shared ownership sales, staircasing, and resales
- Ensure accurate calculation and validation of service charges
- Support the collection and monitoring of service charges
- Coordinate meetings related to leasehold matters and service charges
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation and council procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Experience in leasehold management and/or Right to Buy processes
- Strong understanding of leasehold and Right to Buy legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in administrative and IT systems
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to travel across Wigan Borough if required
- A flexible, hybrid working model – 2 days per week in office
