We are recruiting for a highly motivated Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join our growing business. This opportunity arises as part of a strategic redistribution of responsibilities and offers a dynamic role with immediate impact. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and supporting a high-performing internal sales team while delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to incoming sales enquiries and customer orders

  • Process and track orders to ensure timely delivery

  • Analyse sales data by product type, customer segment, and trends

  • Support field sales representatives with documentation and procedural follow-up

  • Provide customers with detailed product information and quotations

  • Draft and issue internal contract documentation

  • Offer consistent after-sales support and maintain positive customer relations

  • Coordinate day-to-day team activities and ensure departmental efficiency

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and oversee progression through to final payment

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Strong customer service background with a professional and friendly manner

  • Proficient in using IT systems (CRM, Microsoft Office etc.)

  • Well-organised, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

  • Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a team

  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or collaboratively

  • Experience in a technical, internal sales or administrative role preferred

  • Ability to follow structured procedures and remain results-focused under pressure

Additional Information:

This role will initially include maternity cover duties as part of the onboarding phase. This may involve general administrative support to ensure team continuity and a smooth handover upon the permanent employee’s return.
