The RoleAs a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of land and property litigation matters, handling a range of disputes, including:
- Trespass
- Nuisance claims
- Boundary disputes
- Adverse possession
- Landlord and tenant cases
You will work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice while ensuring the efficient and timely resolution of cases.
Ideal Candidate- A qualified solicitor with c. 3+ years' PQE in property litigation.
