Our client is seeking a dynamic and professional Water Hygiene Office Manager to oversee an established administrative team in the North West of England. You will be supporting the management team and directors to monitor the successful delivery of services to clients and ensuring that administrative services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit in addition being comfortable leading teams. The company is an independent Water Hygiene company who can offer competitive salaries and benefits.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as an Administrator
- Will have worked within a Water Hygiene / Legionella / Water Treatment company
- Able to oversee a team of administrators
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using IT software, such as the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Good client-facing manner
The Role:
- Managing the daily operations within a busy office for a Water Hygiene company
- Ensuring administrators are completing work in a timely manner
- Supporting the training and development of office staff
- Liaising directly with clients
- Answering client enquiries and providing updates on projects
- Managing the diary for a team of site staff
- Arranging accommodation and travel plans for engineers and members of management
- Ordering equipment, uniform and materials for engineers
- Processing reports for clients
- Building strong relationships with clients
