What You'll Be Doing:

Join our NHS client's team as a Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients. In this role, you will:

  • perform comprehensive patient assessments

  • create and implement personalised care plans

  • deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

  • collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

  • maintain accurate patient records

This role covers both medical and surgical wards and includes some inpatient dispensary work.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a current and valid GPhC registration

  • experience working on hospital wards (medical and/or surgical)

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday (4-5 days per week), with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3-6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.Free parking is available on-site.
