We are recruiting for a facilities management sector QA & Compliance Auditor to work within a large scale FM operation and ensure all compliance and regulatory documentation and processes are correct and accurate. The role is a permanent position paying circa 40,000 - 43,000. Monday-Friday 40 hours per week.
Main duties Compliance and QA Auditor
Audit all compliance processes and documentation with a Facility Management and Maintenance operation
Ensure processes and operations for both in-house and contractor teams are compliant
Management of non-compliance issues to rectify the issue if escalated
Engaging with contractors as a point of escalation beyond the Helpdesk to avoid non-compliance
To manage a programme of internal audits to ensure statutory compliance is adhered to and subject to the audit
Produce a detailed report for key stakeholders
Identify immediate gaps, highlight and escalate risk
Audit contractual documentation support the Senior operations teams
Requirements:
Understanding and experience in the Facility Management sector is desirable
Experienced in the auditing of compliance and process/operations within the FM and/or maintenance sectors
Quality Assurance experience
Good database and administrative skills
Experience of using CAFM systems desirable
Assertive and strong communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple work streams
Effective relationship management across multiple stakeholders
