MONDAY to FRIDAY - 37.5hr per week - Fully Office Based
Up to £27,000 DOE (OTE £35,000 in first year!)
As a Recruitment Consultant within our Commercial Team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the careers of professionals and contributing to the success of businesses within various industries, recruiting for roles across customer services, administration, HR, finance, marketing, logistics, supply chain and more!

What will this entail?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the commercial sector
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and cultural fit to provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand client base through lead generation, networking and referrals
- Utilise various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract top talent
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities within the commercial sector
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Manage the offer negotiation process and assist in the successful placement of candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the commercial sector
- Setting and attending meetings with clients to develop and maintain relationships and gain a strong understanding of their business and requirements
