The Recruitment Consultant Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering a high-quality, consultative service. Whether you're working with growing SMEs or large corporates, your focus will be on delivering tailored recruitment solutions in the Accountancy & Finance space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates
- Source, interview, and place top-tier talent in temporary, contract, or permanent finance roles
- Develop strong market knowledge to offer consultative advice
- Work towards realistic and achievable targets with full support
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment experience (preferably in professional services or finance sectors)
- At least 1 years experience in a similar level role as a Recruitment Consultant
- A proactive, people-focused mindset with strong business development skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent service and achieving results
