Are you passionate about making a difference in education? We're currently working with a fantastic college in the Wigan area that is looking to welcome Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) into its support team.

This is a rewarding opportunity for anyone with experience supporting young people with additional needs, and a flexible approach to working hours. Whether you're looking for part-time, full-time, or variable hours - we'd love to hear from you.

Essential requirements:

? Experience supporting SEN students at least at the secondary level? Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy or Equivalent? Knowledge of Equality and Diversity? Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

? Providing tailored support to students in and out of the classroom? Working closely with teachers and curriculum teams? Supporting a variety of needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and mental health challenges? Recording student progress using internal systems like ProMonitor? Assisting with personal care and use of assistive technology (where required)? Encouraging independence and helping learners build confidence
