The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, etc.).
A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach.
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to support learning on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.
A proactive attitude and the confidence to adapt to different classroom environments.
Immediate availability.
