The Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEND, including SEMH, ASD, and MLD.

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and managing classroom routines.

Promote the emotional well-being and independence of pupils.

Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.

Build trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND (in a school or care setting).
