Our client is a product sourcing company and supplier to retail who due to continued growth now have an excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their commercial team in Wigan.

Your duties / accountabilities will include:

  • Forecasting
  • View of overall stock holding & Aged stock reporting
  • Support in sales analysis
  • Financial Budgets
  • Market Analysis
  • Managing pricing for all categories
  • Returns Analysis

The successful candidate will have:

  • Educated to degree level within a commercial/mathematical based discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar commercial/analytical role especially around commercial analysis, reporting and leadership experience
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines (and ensure others do so)
  • Demonstrate excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good team player with a positive attitude to driving team goals

You should also possess the following personal attributes;

  • Committed to continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Commercially minded and be able to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Completer finisher approach to work. Commitment to see tasks through to a successful conclusion within a set timeframe
