They are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of Factory Built Assemblies, including low-voltage switchgear and distribution solutions. This pivotal role ensures projects are quoted, engineered, and delivered to the highest industry standards and customer expectations.
This role would suit an experienced electro-technical professional with a strong background in project management, leadership, and electrical engineering. Ideal candidates are confident decision-makers with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate estimating, engineering, and project delivery teams.
- Ensure all FBA designs meet customer requirements and BS EN 61439 standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks from enquiry to completion.
- Foster learning and professional development within the team.
- Provide regular performance updates and drive continuous improvements.
In return you'll receive a salary of circa £56k, 26 days holiday + Bank holidays, Pension contributions of up to 10% by the employer and plenty of other perks!
