Overview

We are seeking a Commercially astute Graduatelooking to establish their career working on high-value projects with an exciting company providing bespoke joinery to a range ofhigh-end commercial clients.

This is an ideal role for an individual with training / qualification in estimating, quantity surveying or project management.

Training & Support available from day 1 to ensure you successfully onboard into our business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Estimating costs and preparing quotations for each element of a project ensuring that budget and design briefs are adhered to at all times.
  • Produce tender and quotation proposals along with relevant financial and supporting descriptive information.
  • Manage and review the tender and quotation process to ensure the company is developing opportunities on an on-going basis while being pro-active in developing relationships with potential clients.
  • A commercially astute and proactive communicator able to be adept at being the interface between the prospective client, the business and all relevant suppliers.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and tender documentations in order to scope out quotations.
  • Able to demonstrate financial acumen.
  • To be organised and methodical with Information and able to follow company processes.
  • Able to create the project pack on approval of a client quotation and brief to internal departments.
