Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
- Liaise with clients and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
- Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- Proficient with Vectorworks
- Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience working on projects within the commercial or retail sector
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Wigston area
